Eat Your Own Ears kick off events this Wednesday with a live show from co-headliners Bobby Tank and Ambassadeurs. Tickets are free, but last guaranteed entry is 8.30pm so make sure come down early.
Tom James will be performing on Thursday with support from Polly Money. Fresh off the back of last year’s successful EP release, Tom James will be showcasing his exceptional talents that extend far beyond an artist of his age. Tickets are £5 in advance.
Closing the week, the always brilliant Parallel Lines will be presenting Stephen Steinbrink on Sunday. Having recorded seven full length albums since 2007 with themes ranging from identity politics to technological isolation, you can expect a unique performance from this intriguing act.

This week sees a double header from London based singer-songwriter Tenterhook aka Archie Faulks. Popular demand has seen the need for two shows with us, presented by some of our favourite promoters Communion, on Tuesday and Wednesday.
On Thursday we’ve got the return of Tropical Waste. Tropical Waste is a radio show on NTS, music blog and party helmed by Seb and Iydes since 2010. In recent months they’ve brought us dance parties with Lotic, M.E.S.H and more.
For Friday Ample play present the new Charles Howl EP launch with support from Japanese alt-pop duo Yokan System.
Following the show we party with Dance Yrself Clean. A brand new FREE ENTRY night of debauchery down in the basement. Expect to hear all your favourite dancefloor staples into the small hours of the morning. On Saturday one of our longest standing club nights Playhouse round off the week.

Coming Up – 02/02/2015 – 09/02/2015

We’ve got a varied selection of gigs, film screenings and label showcases this week. We start with Hampshire based indie sextet New Desert Blues. The band will be playing a selection of tracks from their upcoming album and appearance at this year’s Great Escape Festival in May.
On Thursday, Trevor Moss and Hannah Lou, Hannah in the Wars and Hatcham Social perform songs from the soundtrack to new series A List of Angels, while on Friday Left Alone present a Collapsing Market label showcase.
We round the week off dancing to the sounds of the 1980s discotheque with our friends Midnight A Go-Go.
