Kicking off the live music fun this week is a live show from Joe Banfi on Monday. Championed by XFM and 6 Music, Banfi has an unquestionably brilliant sound. Grab yourself a ticket quick to catch one of the future stars of British music.

Freddie Dickson & The Guard  will be playing live on Wednesday night. Dickson has been going from strength to strength recently with countless plays on Radio 1, a slot at 2015’s Great Escape Festival and support from the likes of Clash, Vice and The Line of Best Fit. We can’t wait to see what he brings to The Waiting Room.

On Thursday night Raime and Demdike Stare congregate for a tenth time, to play vinyl records, loudly. This is a night for 120 people who want to hear independent and idiosyncratic music from all quarters and all eras, in a basement with a bar. It is going to be ace.

Saturday evening fun comes courtesy of Kinkajous. Inspired by the new electro-acoustic scene including the likes of Cinematic Orchestra, Jaga Jazzist, Bonobo, and Portico Quartet, Kinkajous alternates powerful drums and mesmerizing sounds with the sensitivity of the clarinet in a unique way. Support comes from Michael Sebastian and tickets are only £6, grab them quick!
