Walls presents ‘Ecstatic’: Part 1 with Gavin Russom (DFA) – Friday 7 September

Kompakt Records’ WALLS present a three month DJ residency at The Waiting Room, kicking things off with a 7 hour DJ set at the opening party on the 7th September.

Over the course of the trilogy, Alessio Natalizia and Sam Willis hope to showcase the diversity of their musical influences, as well as their ability to engage and challenge a dancefloor.

Special guests will come into play for the latter dates in the series, with their identities remaining a closely guarded secret in the meantime.

Along the way, we can expect a journey to the outer reaches of the duo’s record collection, featuring tripped out synth and rock weirdness, and scuzzed out house and techno, not to mention a window into forthcoming studio material from Walls themselves.

A unique window into the souls of one of the UK’s most vital and inventive studio partnerships.
